I was on my best behavior yesterday. After fasting for most of the day, I ate one meal in the evening, which consisted of a large vegetarian salad. So, I didn’t have any sugar or flour and my carbohydrate intake was very low. And, after getting on the scale this morning, I weigh exactly the same as I did yesterday.

I know that I’m full of water and fiber today, but it’s disappointing that (thus far) no weight was lost as a result of eating healthy. I think I’m going to fast for the entire day today. Assuming that whatever is traveling through my gastrointestinal tract exits between now and tomorrow morning, I should lose somewhere around three to four pounds.

I don’t seem to have much to say today. I woke up really early, which has become a chronic problem, and despite having my first cup of coffee, my brain isn’t really working yet. My internet isn’t working very well, either, so I’ll have to end this post early.
