I’m not sure why I haven’t really been able to fast recently. Given that my anxiety level has been lower the past several days due to attending a training class (rather than being at my cubicle), I would have thought that fasting would be easier. But yesterday I ate lunch again (a mediocre pizza from the cafeteria) and also had dinner after work (shepherd’s pie, a couple of mangoes, and too much cheese). Still, I somehow managed to lose two pounds.
I can’t write anything more because I woke up late and am pressed for time, so I’ll try to write something more substantial tomorrow.
