I ate essentially the same stuff yesterday as I did the day before. I had both lunch and dinner, and today I’m a pound lighter. This week has been a bit overwhelming at work, so I really haven’t paid much attention to my eating because I’m just trying to make it through each day. I’m hoping things at work will settle down next week and I’ll get back to feeling like I can exert some sort of control over things.

I can’t write much today because I got up late. Next week will be a return to more disciplined eating. I’m disappointed to have regressed so much over the past couple of months, but I should be able to do better after this week is over.
