I ate too much yesterday, just as I did the day before, and just as I did the day before that. It seems like I’m not eating healthy at all lately. I’ve regained an alarming amount of weight this past week or so, and I’m not sure why I’ve had such a hard time even trying to eat healthy.

This post will need to be short because I spent too much time doing nothing earlier today, so I’ll have to try harder tomorrow.
