I decided that I’m going to stop recording my weight every day for a while. During the next two weeks, I’m going to try to be very disciplined, and once the weight gets on a steady downward trajectory, I’ll start recording it again. Given that the next two weeks will be nothing but salads, that downward slope should kick in soon.

I finally made it back to the gym yesterday. I’d skipped several days because of my ongoing foot issues but couldn’t continue doing that because my mood was declining. It’s become obvious that I’m going to have to significantly modify my exercise regimen given that I have so many joint issues that are simply aggravated by my current routine.

I’m really frustrated with the amount of time I spend at work, especially since the work is not rewarding to me. There are books I want to read, projects I want to do, and all sorts of other more constructive things that I’d rather be spending my time and energy on. So I have to figure out how to start generating enough passive income so that I can eventually survive without a regular job.

I can’t think of anything else to write about today. It’s time for my second cup of coffee…
